AUTO CROP CARE LTD.
The flagship business house Auto Equipment founded in 1965 was transformed into a private limited company in 1977. The company has been further transformed into a new company AUTO CROP CARE LTD. in September, 2007.
At present this is one of the two or three top companies in Bangladesh dealing with crop Protection chemicals having 11 branch offices and a strong dealers’ network all over. The company imports crop protection chemicals from the USA, Germany, Australia, China, India, Indonesia and Singapore in bulk, repack them in small packaging in our factory and market them at the farmers’ level. The company has a state-of-the-art agro chemicals formulation plant at Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

ABEDIN GARMENTS LIMITED, KANIZ GARMENTS LTD, KANIZ FASHIONS LTD.
All these three are 100% export oriented readymade (Woven) garment industries. We are housed in our own 9 storied factory building at Tejgaon having a total floor space of 200,000 sft. Our factories are compliant ones equipped with technologically advanced production facilities; we produce garments mainly for EU & US markets.

ABEDIN EQUIPMENT LTD.
For more than three decades, Abedin Equipment Ltd. has been engaged in import and marketing of Power Tools & Equipment Automotive spares & accessories and Fixing System in Bangladesh. These high-performance products are distributed through a countrywide dealers’ network. Besides, for providing service back-up to the customers, the company runs three modern service centers manned with trained professionals of engineering discipline. At the beginning, the whole business of the company was being looked after by the mother company Auto Equipment Ltd. Then to cope with the gradual expansion of business and particularly concentrate of this business, a new company Abedin Equipment Limited was floated in the year 2003. The company is the sole agent and distributor of Robert Bosch GmbH, Germany, Bosch Limited, India, Fischer werke GmbH & Co.KG, Germany.

QUAZI ABEDIN TEX LTD.
Quazi Abedin Tex Limited (QATL) is the 4th project in garments sector of Group QA. QATL has established its own RMG production plant at Shovapur, Rajfulbaria, Savar, which was founded in July 2011. It started its commercial production from April 2014. It will be a Taka 700 million project of composite knit textile and garments.
It’s a giant project covers 6 acre areas consisting of 3 blocks of 10-storied buildings with the total floor space of about 63,000 square feet. We are planning to firmly ensure a healthy working environment and address various aspects of compliance issues and welfare of our employees. It will be capable to employ more than 8000 workers when goes into full fledged operation. Initially it will employ 1,500 workers.
We hope to upgrade this company in a new level of success within a short span of time.

KRISHI BANIJYA PROTISTHAN
A single entrepreneurship business house established in 1966. It has been engaged in import and marketing of Hybrid Agricultural Seeds and Crop Nutrients from world renowned companies of China and India. We have our own seed production and multiplication farm including a modern seed processing and preservation centre at Bogra. To respond to the growing need of advanced farming practice in Bangladesh, Krishi Banijya Protisthan has entered into the Agricultural Machinery business by importing and marketing Tractors and other farming equipments of world class CASE IH brand from New Holland Fiat (India) Pvt. Limited.

QUAZI ABEDIN WELFARE TRUST
KANIZ FATEMA GIRLS’ SCHOOL
Beside our business ventures, we, in response to the call of social responsibility and with the hope of bringing up Educated Mothers and to contribute to the social well-being, have established a Trust namely Quazi Abedin Welfare Trust.
From the Trust fund, a girls’ high school was founded in 2005 at Nabagram, Manikganj named ‘Kaniz Fatema Girls School’. It is a non-profit institution with about 400 regular students. We provide them with proper education including all reading materials, uniform etc. A group of dedicated well-trained teachers including an experienced principal have been engaged there. All cost and expenditure, including in-campus free residence for teachers and staffs, are borne by the trust.
At Bhaluka, Mymenshing, we have built a mosque, which is also considered to be one of the largest and finest looking mosques in the district of Mymensingh, to cater the need of of local community with a view to fostering religious fraternity.
